CLÁR (Ceantair Laga Árd-Riachtanais) is a targeted investment programme for rural areas that aims to provide funding for small infrastructural projects in areas that experience disadvantage. The aim of CLÁR is to support the sustainable development of identified CLÁR areas with the aim of attracting people to live and work there. The CLÁR areas have been extended in 2026 and now included the following District Electoral Divisions in Co. Tipperary:

Decision to close roads to facilitate the Birr Stages Rally 2026.

Decision to close the L-4110 at XC164 Emly Level Crossing, Emly, Co. Tipperary.

Decision to close the L-8109 at Garryduff, Ardlomen, Killea, Farranacliff and Ardavullane, Tipperary Town, Co. Tipperary, as a matter of urgency.

Temporary Traffic Management on the R-706-2 Fethard Road, Kiltinan, Fethard, Co. Tipperary.
From 11 March 2026 to the 19 March 2026.
