DOES YOUR PROPERTY NEED A FACELIFT?

Clonmel Borough District invites applications under the Enhancement and Painting Scheme from
property owners who wish to improve their shop fronts and building facades.
Grants of 50% of the approved cost up to a maximum of €500 are available to property owners.

Application Forms and Guidelines are available on request from the
Clonmel Borough District Office, Tipperary County Council, Civic
Offices, Clonmel, Co Tipperary or at www.tipperarycoco.ie
Completed application forms together with supporting documentation
to be submitted on or before Friday, 22nd May, 2026 to Clonmel
Borough District Office, Emmet Street, Clonmel or by email to
clonmelbd@tipperarycoco.ie
A limited fund is available and the submission of an application does
not guarantee that a grant will be allocated.
