Tipperary County Council, supported by the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, are delighted to launch a Local Authority Affordable Purchase Scheme at Whitethron, Mongarrif, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, (Built by Morrissey Construction).
Through the Starter Homes (Formerly known as Affordable Homes) Scheme, a limited number of 2 & 3-bedroom homes will be made available for purchase for successful applicants at a price lower than its market value. In return, Tipperary County Council will take a percentage equity interest in the home equal to the difference between the open market value of the home and the price paid by you.
