Tipperary Sports Partnership are delighted to facilitate REC 1 First Aid Course in Littleton. This course is designed to introduce a method of applying Emergency Care to those that are found suddenly unwell or injured.
This course takes place on Saturday February 28th from 9am to 5pm at Moycarkey/Borris Community Centre, Ballybeg Road, Littleton E41A0V5

Health, Safety and Welfare. Principles of First Aid.
Vital Signs. Basic Body Organs and function.
Safety. Casualty Care.
Safe Airway Position Blocked Airway
Choking Rescue Breathing
Serious Bleeding and Wound Management Heart Conditions
Cardio Pulmonary Resususitation (CPR) Scenarios practical
Please note that some content of this course will take place outside. Please bring suitable clothing for the weather.
Please bring packed lunch as there is no shops close to the facilities.
This course is heavily subsidised by Tipperary Sports Partnership and cost is €30 + booking fee.
