INTENTION TO CLOSE THE L2123 MONAQUILL, DOLLA, NENAGH, CO.TIPPERARY
NOTICE is hereby given that Tipperary County Council proposes to make an Order closing:

ROAD TO BE CLOSED |
The L2123 at Monaquill, Dolla. The road will be closed from the junction of the R499 (Graces Cross) to the junction of the L2125 at Killeen (Kennedys Pub, Killeen). |

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: |
07:00hrs on Monday 30 June 2025 to 19:00hrs on Friday 11 July 2025. |

ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: |
South Bound from Grace’s Cross: Divert north east on the R499 to ‘The Ford’, south east on the L 6079 to Curraghanuddy and west on the L2126 to Kennedy’s pub at Killeen.
North Bound Traffic from Kennedy’s pub at Killeen: Divert south west on the L2125 to Boherlody, north west on the L2122 to Griffins cross and R497 to Dolla. Then north east on the R499 to Graces Cross. |
| REASON FOR CLOSURE: |
To install surface water drainage on the L2123 Local Primary road.

Objections to the proposed temporary closure may be submitted in writing to Road Closures, Roads & Transportation, Tipperary County Council, Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary not later than 12 noon on Thursday 12 June 2025 or by e-mail to roadclosures@tipperarycoco.ie
