INTENTION TO CLOSE THE L-4021 EMMETT STREET AND THOMOND ROAD, THURLES,CO.TIPPERARY
NOTICE is hereby given that Tipperary County Council proposes to make an Order closing:

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: |
00:00hrs on Saturday 05 July 2025 to 00:00hrs on Monday 07 July 2025. |

ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: |
Traffic travelling north on the N62 will be diverted to Liberty Square to join the N75 east and continue their journey
Traffic Travelling west on the N75 will be diverted into Liberty Square turning left onto the N62 and continue their journey. |
| REASON FOR CLOSURE: | To facilitate pedestrian access to Liberty Music Festival. |
Objections to the proposed temporary closure may be submitted in writing to Road Closures, Roads & Transportation, Tipperary County Council, Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary not later than 12 noon on Thursday 12 June 2025 or by e-mail to roadclosures@tipperarycoco.ie
