NOTICE is hereby given that Tipperary County Council proposes to make an Order closing:

Castle Street, Roscrea, Co Tipperary. |

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: |
23:00hrs on Friday 11 September 2026 to 23:00hrs on Saturday 12 September 2026. |

ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: |
Traffic travelling west on R-421, Main St. can divert Via L-3139, Rosemary St and L-3141, The Mall. Traffic travelling east on R-421, Main Street can divert via the N62 and L-3142, Church St. Traffic travelling north onto Castle St will be diverted via L-3142, Church street, N62 and R-421, Main St.

| REASON FOR CLOSURE: | To facilitate Roscrea Music Festival |
Objections to the proposed temporary closure may be submitted in writing to Road Closures, Roads & Transportation, Tipperary County Council, Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary not later than 12 noon on Thursday 13 August 2026 or by e-mail to roadclosures@tipperarycoco.ie
