12 week Aquafit Programme for Older Adults

Tipperary Sports Partnership is facilitating an 12 week Aquafit Programme for Older Adults, both Men and Women in Nenagh and Carrick on Suir. Aqua-Fit is A Water-Based exercise Programme that caters for all levels and abilities.
